Local business leaders are invited to take part in a powerful and thought-provoking Leadership Conference 2026, hosted by Cumbria Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday 15 April, at the Roundthorn Country House, Penrith.
This isn’t your typical conference.
Designed as a human-centred experience, the event focuses on the real side of leadership, exploring themes such as vulnerability, growth, reflection and what it truly means to lead in today’s world.
Led by Laura Cadman (Laura Cadman Ltd) and Ben Hickham (Reflective Rebels), the day promises honest conversations, practical insights and the kind of learning that stays with you long after the event ends.
What to Expect
Rather than a traditional “sit and listen” format, the conference offers:
- Open and honest discussions about leadership challenges
- Space for reflection and personal growth
- Real-world insights you can apply to your business
- A supportive environment to connect with like-minded professionals
