With one-hour visits, Home Instead focuses on providing personalised, unhurried care that gives Care Professionals time to build meaningful relationships with the people they support.
The team also matches Care Professionals with clients based on shared interests, helping to create genuine connections and companionship alongside practical support.
What does a Care Professional do?
No two days are the same, but every day matters. Depending on the individual client’s needs, you could be supporting with:
- Morning routines and personal care
- Preparing meals and medication reminders
- Light household tasks
- Gentle walks or trips out
- Sharing a cuppa and meaningful conversation
No experience? No problem!
Full training and ongoing support are provided, with fully funded Level 2, 3 and 5 qualifications available.
The role offers a range of hours and times to suit different lifestyles, with opportunities available from 10 hours per week.
Pay and benefits
Care Professionals can benefit from:
- £14–£15 per hour
- Double pay on Bank Holidays
