Launching the Business Watch Initiative: Strengthening Security & Collaboration

We are excited to announce the launch of the Business Watch initiative for Penrith Business Parks, a concerted effort to enhance security measures and foster collaboration among the estates. The initiative stems from a recent meeting held on 18th October 2023, where discussions were held with local law enforcement officials regarding current issues and crime levels in the area.

This meeting served as the foundation for strategic actions aimed at addressing concerns and improving safety across our business parks. Subsequently, plans were set in motion, focusing on an increased police presence and engagement within our estates. The team, led by PCSO Adam Scarth and working closely with officers, has already covered Eden Business Park, with Gilwilly nearing completion. Next on our list is the Penrith Industrial Estate.
