NEW – ONLINE TRAINING PLATFORM
For years, we’ve worked hard to bring face-to-face training to businesses on the Penrith Business Parks. But we kept running into the same problem – getting people through the door. Sessions were cancelled due to low numbers, and businesses told us that time away from the office was simply too difficult to manage, however good the training on offer.
So we listened, and we’ve made a change.
We’ve partnered with SEEDL, a leading online learning platform, to bring you something far bigger and more flexible than we’ve ever been able to offer before. Hundreds of courses, available live or on demand, covering everything from leadership and health and safety to mental wellness, IT, and AI. As with all BID training, this is completely FREE to all levy payers and their staff, just available far more easily.

How to get started
Getting set up takes just a few minutes. Here’s how:
Step 1 – Register
Click the link below to create your free SEEDL account. You’ll need to sign up as an employee or business owner based on the Penrith Business Parks.
Register on SEEDL here
Step 2 – Got a whole team to sign up?
No problem. If you have multiple employees, simply fill in the registration spreadsheet and send it to your SEEDL account director, Darren, at darren@seedl.com. He’ll add everyone to the system and each person will receive a registration email with their login details and instructions for setting up a password.
Step 3 – Start learning
Once you’re registered, you’ll receive a weekly email with details of upcoming live sessions. You can join those as they happen, or browse the full library and watch courses on demand, whenever suits you and your team.
Business of the Month
We love a bit of healthy competition. Each month, we recognise the business on the parks that has completed the most courses with our Business of the Month award – you even get a cool trophy!
